You know, I love when people bitch about "personal freedom" and somehow hint that Dems are controlling your life, or want to. Uuum, name me one Dem law that prevents people from marrying who they want? One Dem law that promotes hatred or bigotry? One Dem law that says you do not have the right over your own body.

The only "personal freedom" they want to "infringe" is how many and what type of guns you own. Oh no...you can't have all the guns!! How will you survive?

The Dems regulate businesses because businesses cannot be trusted to do the right thing for their employees or the environment. As far as the rest, what they want is people to stop shoving their religious ideals on everyone else and give everyone in the country the same goddamn rights.

You brought up Romney. He's one of the weakest, spineless GOP who can't even be bothered to consistently speak out against the fascist hell the GOP have become.

You want to know why we can't "find common ground" it's because the GOP is run by radicals, Russia (yes, follow the money) and invites ruthless dictators to their CPAC conference where they had a marquee that said "We're all domestic terrorists now".

So maybe deal with the reality that is instead of dreaming and fantasizing about sane GOP. There are none apparently.
