When you don't write a lot consistently people don't see it as much. Also, I have 600+ followers and typically I get 15-30 reads within 24 hours. Followers do not always mean reads, people have millions of things to read so you are competing for a very limited viewing space. It happens, no need to take it personally or get discouraged.
