Oh and by the way, saying "artists and creatives can just get another job" is a crap attitude whether you're trying to be "sympathetic" or not. Artists are either told to shut up and be happy that they're getting paid shit and being worked to death because "you're doing your dream job" or "go get another job if you can't make money" and it is literally the ONLY CAREER CHOICE that is ever told that. Creatives are constantly dismissed and shit upon while people pay billions every year to consume what they create. How DARE you say "too fucking bad, go get another job" while writing on a platform that's entire stated purpose is to help writers make some money and promote creatives in a non exploitive way? Really? That's the attitude you want to take here?
