Men need to go watch the Cinema Therapy you tube channel, two men, best friends, one a licensed psychologist and one a filmmaker and they use cinema to discuss, offer and model healthy behavior for dealing with things like trauma, toxic masculinity, anger issues all the things and they model healthy male interaction.
