Just fyi the "Second Gentleman" is a title not a trope. The wife/husband of the President is the First Lady./Gentleman...the VP would me Second Lady or Second Gentleman and he is the "first"' because she is our first female VP. If you can't do basic research before hinting that something is offensive in some manner perhaps don't write the article.
