I disagree, I can be pessimistic about the state of humanity and how, historically speaking humans consistently make the worst choices and choose to ignore massively obvious warning signs while not letting it get to me because I am basically a nihilistic realist. Humanity will destroy itself but there's no point in me getting pissed off about it anymore. Keeps me sane.
