I appreciate that you are listening and I am new-ish here but I feel like you have a lot of very committed, highly intelligent people who care about Medium at your fingertips that would love to feel like they're part of the process of changing things instead of just reacting to things as they happen. Obviously you cannot be CEO by committee but tossing out some feelers to see what people think of changes before they're implemented seems like it would save a lot of stress and revamps of ideas that get implemented and don't go over so well.
