Hey can you explain why all day today our read times are not updating at all? I sent a tweet to the support Twitter, no reply, and I am not seeing any information on it. I currently have several stories that have member reads, no read times and the graphs that show internal and external reads are showing it incorrectly. The graph shows more external than internal but the listed numbers are more internal than external.

Read times updating have been very laggy as well. I sent an email to support and they said there is a system checking for duplicate reads and bots I guess but it seems like the lag is getting worse and worse. Other people noticed no updates on read times either. It is almost 11 pm when our stars usually update and still nothing listed. Very odd.
